We would like to invite you to join us in London on Thursday the 5th of Sept 2013 at 1.45pm for our free Fire Safety Legislation and Health & Safety seminar which includes the Hot Topic - Building Regulations and Fire Safety in Residential Blocks.

Our seminars offer a great opportunity for networking and a chance to put your questions to our technical experts. They are also a good way of earning CPD points toward your yearly professional requirement.

Seminar Hot Topic - Building Regulations and Fire Safety in Residential Blocks

Another significant fire occurred recently in a residential tower block in London - Dorrington Point in Bow. Whilst this fire is still under investigation, the Lakanal House inquest concluded at the end of March and responses have now been received from relevant parties.

The inadequacies highlighted by the Lakanal House fire, and the move to functional rather than prescriptive requirements within building regulations, are starting to raise questions from both property professionals and the fire safety community.

Our upcoming seminar includes 'Building Regulations and Fire Safety in Residential Blocks' as a 'Hot Topic' which will hopefully help shed some light on these issues.

As our places are limited, we would advise you to reserve your place as soon as possible. You are most welcome to attend as many events as you wish.

Please feel free to share this article with any colleagues you feel may benefit from this CPD seminar.
